Before using, clean both sides of knife with warm
water. Dry thoroughly.
- Put knife surface on side of sharpener.
3 -4 times gently run across surface.
- Repeat with the other side of the
knife.
- To check sharpness of knife, gently
touch cutting edge. If dull, knife can be sharpened
again repeating steps 1 and 2.
Cannot be used for scissors or iron
knife.
