Directions

Body Mask: Apply a thick layer over your body. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with water, using no soap. Can be applied cold or warm.

Hair Mask: Massage a small amount on your scalp and hair for 2-3 minutes. Leave on for 5-10 more minutes. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo.
